A flat rate of $10 is available for Australia wide Standard Post OR $15 Express Post. Please select shipping preference at checkout.
We use a variety of shipping firms to deliver parcels selected for Standard Post to best ensure your parcel is delivered efficiently and safely to its destination.
Parcels sent Express Post are shipped via Australia Post.
ALL orders are sent with tracking.
As a general guide the following shipping times are typical following receipt of a shipping notification from us.

We do ship internationally.
Prices shown include local taxes (GST).
GST will be deducted from the final order value once your shipping address has been updated in the shopping cart.

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

You may return items, in the same condition as when you received them, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (approx. 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (approx. 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
